Link doesn't work. Here's a list of parts.

CPU: Intel - Core i7-13700K Raptor Lake 3.4GHz Sixteen-Core LGA 1700 Boxed Processor - Heatsink Not Included

MOBO:MSI - Z790 MAG Tomahawk WiFi Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard

GPU:ASUS - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti TUF Gaming Overclocked Triple Fan 12GB GDDR6X PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card

RAM: Corsair - Vengeance 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 CL32 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit CMK32GX5M2B6400C32 - Black

STOR: Samsung - 980 Pro SSD 2TB M.2 NVMe Interface PCIe Gen 4x4 Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND 3 bit MLC Technology (MZ-V8P2T0B/AM)

Case: Lian Li - LANCOOL III RGB Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case - Black

Power: Corsair - RMx SHIFT Series RM1000x 1000 Watt 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Cooling: Corsair - iCUE H150i ELITE RGB 360mm Water Cooling Kit

Don't want to spend more than this total (2709 pre tax). Could I cut on power supply to 850? Maybe upgrade some parts. I'm looking to make a pc good enough for Samsung G8 Odyssey monitor (4k 240hz) when playing graphic intensive games.

    Greetings,

There are not any parts listed here, if you could please include that and a summary of what you're planning to use the PC for and your intended budget I'm sure someone would be glad to give their input on this!
