Those parts should be a good config. The only change I would make is to get a 4070Ti Super over the 4070Ti.

Thank u for the advice ! What is the price usually of a 4070TI super ? The price is a bit to expensive for me. I found a msi 4070ti 12gb ventus 3x would this graphics card be enough ?

Seems like a solid list! I've been using the Galahad Trinity as my cooler lately and I've been very satisfied with it on my 5800X3D. Hopefully you'll be able to put this all together soon
