Can I refund store credit to original payment method?

So story goes:  I bought a 4070ti super at launch, but it would continually crash. So I returned it for store credit and used that store credit to buy the only remaining 4070 ti super - a msi slim. Now I’m feeling quite ripped off. The MSI slim run at base clock speeds but cost $70 more than other base spec 4070ti supers like the asus tuf. I’d like to get another card but I’ve been to the local MC every day this week and there have been no 4070ti supers restocked. Can I return the MSI Slim and get it credited to my bank account so I can just buy the GPU off Newegg?  I still have the original store credit receipt from when I got the first GPU returned.
