Micro Center should carry the Sparkle Intel Arc A310 ECO
Options
The Sparkle Intel Arc A310 ECO graphics card is unique in that it is, as far as I'm aware, the only low profile and single slot GPU capable of AV1 encoding and decoding. At least when excluding workstation GPUs. Additionally, it's powered via the PCIE slot, so no separate power connector needed.
