First thing I would try is a clean driver install.
- Run the AMD cleanup utility: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
- Install the latest driver.

@PowerSpec_MikeW did a clean driver install with no luck :(

How often would you say you play before you see the issue? Check Event Viewer under Custom Views - Administrative Events. Screenshot what you see around the time of the crash.
-
It can range from a couple minutes, to a full day without issues.
Im getting errors and warnings under Administrative events pretty often it seems.
This was the most recent crash.

The Critical event is just saying it doesn't know why it shut down or lost power. The events below that are your startup. Scroll down a little and try to find the exact time stamp when the system green screened and restarted.
-
It gives no indication of any problems leading up to the crash, the most recent warning before the issue occurs is about 20 mins before.
-
Misread the time stamp, there's absolutely nothing for quite a while. The error 608 is just going to be a failure to write a log, which is normal. Makes it look like an power loss to the system, but I've had issues with the AMD cards writing crash dumps before. Try this and see if it hangs or still restarts.
- Windows + R, type: sysdm.cpl
- Advanced - Startup and Recovery
- Uncheck automatically restart.

Will give that a try and let you know tomorrow, Thanks Mike👍️

Good afternoon Mike, PC just rebooted out of nowhere, so that didn't end up working. Got anymore ideas??

Told us something. It's not a crash that fails to write a dump file, it's just a reboot. I'd assume the system loses power momentarily. Could be a bad PSU, bad cable. Issue with a local outlet that's intermittent. It's going to be hard to tell, because if you're lucky, it'll run all day. I'd start with the outlet and PSU cable if at all possible.
