Powerspec G438 stuck in boot loop
Bought a Powerspec G438 new a few years ago and have never had any issues until today. At first it started with one of my two monitors not being detected on startup but the other monitor was working fine so I thought it was an issue with the monitor or display cable. Then I decide to try and restart and now no matter what I do the computer gets stuck on the powerspec boot screen or it will get stuck on "starting automatic repair" I tried restoring the original bios settings and that didn't seem to help. Any possible suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

I'd create some bootable media here: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
See if you can boot into it. You can try the repair option from the OS install. If it fails, I'd go command line and try to navigate into your C drive to see if it's even accessible.

I tried booting from a USB drive with the boot-able media and it is still doing the same thing and getting stuck on the powerspec boot screen.

Remove the SSD and try again.

I had already tried removing the SSD and trying again, same result with it still stuck on the powerspec boot screen.

Remove anything you can and make it as simple as possible. Go down to one stick of RAM. Disconnect everything except the monitor, keyboard and mouse. If you have a build with a K processor, remove the GPU and boot off the IGP.
