Recently, I bought a Pulsar X2 mini from here and I've been having issues with the scroll wheel encoder. Tried to file an RMA through pulsar, however they require an order number. I never got a paper receipt, just gave my email and it seems there's no receipt available in my email or online through my account. Just want to get this sorted so I can use my mouse again. I ordered around august/september 2023.
