Defective item exchange
Hello,
I just bought an item that was part of a bundle and one item is defective. I would like to exchange, but it looks like my micro center does not have any more of these items in stock.
Since the nearest micro center is quite a drive I was wondering if I went physically to the store and there is no stock, would they be able to ship the item? (Item says it's available for shipping on website)
I do like the item and just looking for an exchange for a properly working one.

Hello,
We aren't set up to be able to a direct replacement for a shipping order. We can do a refund in-store, but the shipping order would need to be placed online thru the website as a separate purchase.
