can't control my aio pump in bios/fan expert

hello, for context I did not build this myself

but i can't seem to change the speed of my aio pump, it's just running at 2600 RPM all the time

can't change it in crate, in ai suite 3, nor in the bios itself

i did have this serviced at micro center themselves (they built it)

help plz ty

What AIO is it? As a rule, I wouldn't change the AIO Pump speed. AIO headers are set to run full speed and that's what you want with any water pump. Don't throttle it.

yes, I am aware of that, but it's loud, so I thought I could try to lower the speed to make it more quiet

Is it the pump or AIO fans that are making excessive noise? Pump and fans should be on different headers. Check the mode, it's a 4 pin PWM cable for both the fans and pump. Make sure the board is set to PWM and not DC. Did the store install the LConnect hub? If it's running through that hub, you're going to need the Lian Li LConnect 3 software to control it.

you are a genius, I installed the L connect 3 driver for it, updated it, and it is now silent in here

follow up question tho, the progress bar was at 1 after i updated, should I just close now?
