Just purchased a PC from you guys yesterday and had it built in store

Hello, I just made my first purchase for a PC and had you guys build it for me but it is not working correctly. Everytime I go to load up a video game, it will freeze immediately and not even close the application. I believe the graphics card is installed incorrectly or faulty in general. I live an hour away from the store and this is the first time I have used Micro Center. Would it be possible for someone to call me to see about getting this fixed as soon as possible?

Sorry to hear of the issues, from what I can see here it does appear this was brought back in and already checked out at our store for another look so hopefully they were able to address your concerns!
