Bought laptop and did not 10% discount
Bought a laptop, a router and printer ink on 2/10 and I only got 5% and not 10%.

I am sorry to hear of the issues with that, as this does regard a payment, we would need your receipt and card used to be brought back into the store where this purchase was completed so they can take another look at this and see what may have occurred here to get this corrected.
