Useful as a Proxmox server?

I’m putting together a proxmox server as a homelab that will run some services and will have VMs used by a couple of people. Among other things, I’m planning on doing some lightweight AI model building (hence the GPU). I’d like something I can expand in the future such as upgrading RAM a larger hard drive. The system below is in my budget. Any thoughts/advice/suggestions on the parts list below? It isn’t clear to me if I need to purchase more cooling. If It were to upgrade on component to something better, what would you suggest? If I decided to save some money, what’s the one thing I could downgrade and not notice for my use case?
