Is this normal
I was cleaning around my pc until I saw a green wire that looked like belonged in the power supply plug female socket the pc still turns on can someone tell me if I should be concerned about this. The computer is a powerspec g470. Because of the flash you can’t see the end of the cable but it looks like an exposed copper cable. Edit: it turns on. I think it’s a ground wire but I’m gonna need some confirmation before I put high loads on it.

Hard to see in the picture, but to me it doesn't look like exposed wire. It looks like the wire is crimped into a terminal end then that's what connects to the PCB. Given the location and color, most likely the main ground from the wall.

Still looks like a crimped terminal end, probably a ring terminal secured with a screw. I'll see if I have one available to open tomorrow and get a picture.
