Warranty support for Neo Forza / Goldkey
I bought a pair of Neo Forza DDR4 modules back in 2020 and now both are showing memtest errors consistently.
Neo Forza supposedly has a lifetime warranty, but when I tried to contact them via their web site www.neoforza.com they told me to contact MicroCenter for replacement.
Does MicroCenter actually do replacements on Neo Forza warranty long after the return period? I do not have any protection plan for the modules.
The MicroCenter SKU is 150847 (part # NMUD416F82-3200)

From what I can see here we would not handle the manufacturer's warranty for this product, it would be with the manufacturer directly.
