Help with parts, will be used for Photoshop, MidJourney and graphic editing

I'm in desperate need of a new machine. My budget is around $1,500. Under would be better, but I understand that may be hard based on my needs.

The computer will be used mostly for graphic/photo editing, using Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom, in addition to use with AI programs like MidJourney. I'm not much of a gamer, but have been known to load up Roblox or Fortnite once in a blue moon. I'm not an Intel or AMD fanboy. I don't have a preference on either. Whatever is best for my needs is good to me. I know absolutely nothing about motherboards, cpus, video cards or basically anything about computer parts. All I know is the more RAM, the better.

I'm in need of a monitor as well, but will buy that separately. If you could recommend one and not include it a parts list towards the $1,500, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Are you intending to put it together yourself from parts or do you want MC to assemble the parts or do you want a PC off the shelf and ready to go?
