Has Microcenter looked into opening a Tampa Store?

I mean it's long overdue opening a store in Florida but in Miami at the moment is a long haul from Tampa. It's disappointing that the only option on the West Coast of Florida is a Bestbuy and their options are slim and limited. The only options outside of Bestbuy is Amazon or Mom and Pops shops.

No plans at the moment, however, other locations in Florida are highly requested. Who's to say what the future may hold? 😉

I agree, Tampa should get a micro center because I live in St.Pete which is 20 minutes away and im building a pc.

It is almost 5 hour drive from Tampa to Miami. So to go grab CPU + motherboard expect 10 hour drive and full tank. Right now I'd rather pay more for amazon or newegg to ship it. We really need Microcenter on the West Coast and Tampa is a perfect spot.

Absolutely! Tampa definitely needs a Micro Center! It would definitely be flooded with customers. @MicroCenterOfficial Please make sure to have a big parking lot. You're gonna need it.

I am originally from Tampa Florida and I agree. Currently living in Castle Rock, Colorado and I frequent Microcenter. I was there the other day looking at video cards and I said to a employee, " You know, back home in Tampa Florida, if we had a microcenter, the company would be doing quite well." Anyway, I worked at Best Buy on South Dale Mabry for years and also for CompUSA. Then that became a Tiger Direct and that was fine and all, but now there are hardly any prime computer stores. Anyway, I want two things. 1. A microcenter in Tampa and Orlando! 2. Multiple Publix stores all over Colorado.

NO! Orlando maybe. I live near Jacksonville and I’d love to see a store more centrally located in Fl. Tampa is too far.
