Need help with my G436 Z490 plus

Originally what happened was my computer crashed and I lost everything I tried to reinstall everything but to no avail my graphics card won't work most of the drivers are mismatched I downloaded the driver packages from powerspecs website but I'm not sure and what order and which way before installing Windows or after installing Windows I should install them I'm on the custom bios that y'all installed originally and I'm trying to reinstall Windows 10 but no matter what I do my graphics card will not be recognized in my BIOS or in device manager so I don't know how to get it to read I know there's nothing wrong with it because I never pulled it out of the computer if I just had a detailed guide and how to fresh install everything and start over like as if it came from the store if somebody can help me please thank you I'm advance, LOL I know it's a run-on sentence but I'm using Google voice and I'm too lazy to type it all out 😂 and the graphics card that I have that came with the computer is the zotac RTX 3070 oc

This is an old driver set. I would go straight to MSI for the latest drivers. Here's the order I would install in. Please go through these, and if you're still having issues, open device manager and screenshot what you see.

1. Chipset: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/intel_chipset_400.zip
2. Guard Extensions: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/intel_sgx_cml.zip
3. Nvidia: https://www.nvidia.com/content/DriverDownloads/confirmation.php?url=/Windows/551.76/551.76-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe&lang=us&type=GeForce
4. LAN: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/Intel_Network_WT.zip
5. Audio: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/realtek_audio_R.zip
