which of the two DDR is better?

Hi, I have a PC already with one 16G 1Rx8 PC4 3200AA DDR memory.

Since my PC has another free slot, I want to add one more DDR choosen from the following two candidates:

(1) G SKILL 4GB DDR3 1600 PC3

(2) Hynix 4GB 2Rx8 PC3

Which is better?

Your RAM is DDR4. The RAM you listed is DDR3. There used to be boards a long time ago that supported both in the Skylake era Intel side, but they were mutually exclusive. The seconds would be split between DDR3/DDR4.
