Does MC offer a soldering service for Raspberry Pi zero w 2 headers?
My soldering skills have deteriorated and I have a handful of Pi zero and zero w 2 that have no headers. I'd be happy to pay to have someone else solder one on each.

While personally, I do have the skills, this is not something that the shops typically offer. Printed Circuit boards are far more difficult for that type of work now as there tends to be multiple layers of tracers now.

You can DIY without soldering by getting hammer header kits. Make sure to buy the ones with a metal rig. The plasticky ones break far too easily. My local MC doesn't carry them for some odd reason (I've requested them) and they won't let me post a link yet, but you can find them at Amazon by looking for Vilros Heavy Duty Hammer-in Pin Header Install Rig for Raspberry Pi Zero with Two 40 Pin Headers. Good luck!!!
