How can I get support for website? Online order not working.

I am trying to place an order online. When I go to check out I get error message "An error occurred while processing your request". Online chat was unable to resolve. I have tried on Edge and Chrome (PC) and on mobile device.

How can I get support to resolve the online order issue? I would prefer not to have to go into the store or place an order via phone every time.

I do apologize, these Community forums would be unable to place an order with you for the main site, from what I see here the chat team did provide you with a phone number to get further support from the online sales team, they were unable to assist via that phone call with looking into the issues?

No, the phone number was to place an order over the phone, they were not able to fix the problem. The agent suggested trying a different payment method, but that didn't make a difference.
