PowerSpec Warranty Question

If I have an issue with a PowerSpec prebuilt, is it necessary to bring the unit to the store? I have a bad DIMM. Was getting constant bluescreens. So I checked the memory. It tested bad on Memtest86, and when I swapped it out for another stick from one of my other machines, everything tested fine. I was told I need to take it back to the store, as opposed to just RMA'ing the bad memory. This seems kind of ridiculous.

Test 8 Random Number Sequence is a good indicator of a bad DIMM.

See how close it is? You said you tested a stick from another system. We'll replace the kit, but did you try the sticks that came with the system individually in the same socket? If not, I would and just run test 8, it'll be fast, but I'd like to confirm which stick is bad.

System only came with one 16GB DIMM running in single channel mode.
