Corsair RMe vs RMx
Hello,
I'm putting together my next build the I'm deciding between the Corsair RM750e and RMx 750x for the PSU. I know the 750x has higher quality components but is it worth the extra $20?

Depends how long you intend to keep the system. The "e" has a 7 year warranty while the "x" is all the way out to 10 years. Both are pretty crazy confident in an electronic part's quality IMO so really you can't go wrong with either, even with the 'e'.

Taiwanese caps instead of Japanese and a 120mm fan vs the 140:

Yeah either one is a fine choice, Corsair makes pretty reliable power supplies overall. I lean more toward the "x" series though
