Cases power button flashing no display after first boot

first time PC builder built a PC using the microcenter bundle of an I9-12900k ASUS Prime Z790 DDR5 Wifi and G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32gb I've double checked all the wires and they're secure 850W Psu connected (24pin, cpu and gpu) and secured it as well However when I press the power button to turn on the system It'll turn on the cooler will spin and gpu fans too but a flashing blue light from my power button stays on and i'll have no display switched my hdmi cable from my gpu into the motherboard same result I heard it was improperly seated ram I've made sure to properly seat it until i heard a click from it I've also removed one to test but the blinking light goes from being fast to medium then slow

sticks are in A2 and B2 as well if that helps

Have you double checked all of the SATA power connections for things like a fan controller or internal USB hub? I recall having a similar problem on a build of mine where it would have the fans spin and it had to do with my fan controller.

I don't have sata or hard drives so i didn't connect them the fan controllers came pre connected along with the internal usb hub inside the case

The Power LED flashing is a debug code. What's it telling you?

I got it thanks for the assistance one of my ram slots on the mobo was just dead so i switched the ram sticks order around
