PowerSpec G439 Front & Rear fans not working. All Bios show 0 RPM.
How can I get the fans to work? Thanks

Sounds like the fan controller on the back of the unit failed. Open up the back panel and move the fan cables to the SYS_FAN headers. Bypass the fan controller to verify that's the failure.

I'm not a computer expert, far from it as I bought a pre-built system. Do you have a video or pics that show where the fan controller & SYS_FAN headers are located?

Here's the fan controller. It's on the right side from the front. Remove the two thumbscrews and slide the panel back:
The fans are the connectors on the right side. Left is RGB.
For the SYS_FAN headers on the board, it has 6. You can use any of them:
