First time building a pc, looking for something reliable to play games with. (Forza, GTA, etc)

I assembled a setup for gaming, targeting a budget of $1100 or less (Including A monitor, keyboard, and mouse). i'd greatly appreciate any advice, particularly on identifying potential bottlenecks, pinpointing areas of potential overkill, and finding better priced alternatives to the components i've already selected. (Not a fan of too much rgb)
