Bios time/Bios version
Ive had my pc for around 3 years now and my bios time with fast boot is around 14 seconds. Im new to the bios specifics and wanted to know if that is something i should be concerned about. Ryzen 7 3600x, RTX 3070, 36GB ram, 1tb SSD (Powerspec g707)
I also wanted to know if updating my bios version (Asrock American Megatrends Inc. P2.60C, 7/13/2020) could effect the way my computer runs. If it does, could i get someone from microcenter to do it for me? I wont trust myself with updating it myself if its a complicated process.
Thanks

14 seconds from power on to being on the desktop? Or 14 seconds from power on the PowerSpec logo?
It may. Our latest BIOS is 3.43A for the G707. The process isn't too complex on this board, but we can update in store as a service. I'll post the BIOS and list the steps.
- Download the BIOS and extract the file from the zip archive onto a flash drive.
- Reboot the PC and tap Delete to enter the BIOS.
- Tools - Instant Flash. It will scan the flash drive for compatible BIOS files.
- Select the BIOS update and confirm.
- Wait until the BIOS flash is completed.
- Tap Delete to enter the BIOS again.
- OC Tweaker - Dram Timing Configuration - Load XMP Setting - Select profile 1.
- Exit - Save changes and exit.

It took 14 seconds from power on to desktop.
Thanks for the help, this looks 10x more easy than when I tried to watch a tutorial on it last year -
That sounds like a reasonable startup time for this system.
