First of all, nobody put me up to commenting about the following employee, and I am NOT a Relative, Neighbor, or Friend!

Last week I visited the Micro Center store in Westmont, IL (on Ogden Ave.).  I'm not well versed in computers, and had questions about an older Laptop I'd purchased at a recent church fund-raiser.

Nate Harris, Retail Sales & Merchandise Assoc. approached me and asked, "If he could help"?

Over the next 35 min. he showed me how to take apart the laptop, where everything was located once the back cover was removed, and answered ALL of my questions --- one of the most Polite, Personable, Well-Informed, and Professional people I have encountered in recent memory.

If everyone of their employees is anything like Nate Harris, then I'd strongly suggest you going to your local Micro Center for ANYTHING related to Computers / Technology.
