Build Review - AMD CPU/4080 Super
Greetings! Looking to get this build reviewed. Would love to hear thoughts.
I’m not confident on the motherboard so would like suggestions. As for the GPU, I was going to go with the 4070 Super due to cost/efficiency, but the 4080 Super just has better longevity. Also could not really decide on a case. I prefer function over form, but I’m good with some that has a slick look to it (sleek looking, not gaudy).
Budget is around $3000, I’d be happy if it was lower. I’ll need to snag a good 1440p monitor as well. OLEDs are great but likely out of budget.
I never know what games all be playing, so just looking for something that will play my old stuff ramped up and any new stuff on the horizon. Thanks in advance!

Greetings,
I don't see any issues with what you have picked out, everything listed there would be compatible and would be fine for your price range.

Changed out the power supply for something a little more reliable and swapped the case to a Montech, and the GPU to an ASUS TUF. Pulled the trigger today

Nice! Hopefully you are enjoying the new PC!
