Need Help Choosing Parts

There's my build so far — I haven't built a PC in over a decade and I'm sorely out of touch. I'm just looking for something quiet. I won't be overclocking. It will mostly be for AI (training computer vision models and maybe experimenting with LLMs and generative AI) and gaming. I don't know what kind of case fans to get. The case seems to lend itself to some fun lighting but I have no idea about how to do that. I've never watercooled before and I'm open to it as long as Microcenter is willing to do the maintenance for me.

OK, so you've picked out all the best top end parts except the case. That thing is going to be a baking oven with those parts in it. Look for an "Airflow" or "Mesh" case.

Also, you're spending almost $400 on two m.2 drives while I think you can probably find a single large capacity for the same price and just as much space.
