I bought a pc as a guest and never got a confirmation email

I filled out all the shipping and billing information and attempted to purchase a pc without an account as a guest, after I hit confirm the form sent me to a new page as though everything went through, but I didn’t and have yet to receive a confirmation email or have any money leave my account, I’m worried because the order was around $1,112 and I don’t want that to leave my account unexpectedly, is there anyway to check if the order actually went through?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
