How to RMA Redragon Veigar Keyboard

A couple of weeks ago, my keyboard started acting weirdly. When I press a key, it outputs something else. Thinking it was dirty, I used compressed air on it, but nothing changed. The keyboard continued to output something different from what I pressed. Since my keyboard is past the return policy period, I contacted the manufacturer to resolve my problem. However, the manufacturer informed me that I must contact the seller to get warranty assistance. So now the ball is in your court, Micro Center. What should I do next to get this resolved?

The keyboard is plug-and-play and does not require any additional software. Some keys work, but the number keypad and F keys do not function. I have attached a screenshot of the email from Redragon regarding warranty assistance. I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.
