on line order customer service help


I ordered a battery for my PC in mid February on line from the micro center site. I have a copy of my order and order # but when I sign in the site does not provide any way to put this info in. The battery is defected. I just used the pc on battery only charge one month ago. The battery will charge but it only holds this charge for about 30 minutes.

I have searched everywhere on their site to communicate with customer service or live chat, or heaven forbid a live person. There is no way to contact them at all.

I cannot even get a live chat window to come up. When I sign in the website does not even recognize my order when I ask for a 6 month order search. and it does not accept an order number.

I find this extremely disturbing .

If anyone can help me with this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
