10% Off With Insider Card Not Applied to 7800x3d Bundle In Store

So, family member recovering from surgery has been talking about a new pc and I thought I would help out by buying the 7800x3d bundle in preparation for 5000 series and giving away older am4 parts so they can use them. 

Anyways, hate to be a pest over a few bucks, but the micro center website said I would get a 10% discount to the cpu if I used the insider card. Which I applied for and got in the mail. However, when I went to pick up the bundle after I placed the order online, I noticed the math wasn’t adding up right in my head. So, I asked if I was getting the 10% discount applied. The manager said the sale ended a week ago and I would only get the usual 5% discount for the cpu. Now, I am OK with price I paid for the bundle, but money is still money, and on my way out of the store I saw the sale sign was still up and, like the website, the sign said the sale doesn’t end until June 2. 

Now, I didn’t look closely enough to double check if the stores sale sign still included cpus, but it did have the same big “10% off” branding as the website and, well, my question is, did I miss read it or am I missing something else?

I noticed their percentages off seemed odd on my purchase as well. The X1c was 1449.99 with 10% off using Insider card. Receipt show price dropped to 1373.67.

Thats more like 5%. My math shows 10% shoulda been 1304.99. Don't understand their math

I had the same issue. I noticed the issue while in-store and the manager-on-duty told me that the other 5% would show up on my Wells Fargo statement. Now my statement has posted but the charged amount is the same. How should I go about getting the additional 5% off?
