Finding a graphics card recommendation

I have been looking for a suitable graphics card to build my pc for gaming (open-world, RPG, indie, etc) and video editing in 3 monitors. i am still not sure what to get. I am exploring every range of prices of graphics card probally be less than $1600. So far, some parts I have so far is:

Cpu: Intel i-7 12700k

Motherboard: MSI Z790-P Pro WiFi DDR4

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB

Power Supply: FSP Hydro G PRO 850W

Case: HYTE Y60 snow white
