Hard drives not replaced.
I want to advise the customers of "The Best Computer Store in Houston" that are far from the best. I paid MC to migrate data from my old desktop to a new laptop purchased this month. I planned to dispose of the old desktop but first planned to remove the hard drives. When I opened the unit this morning I discovered both hard drives missing from my system. This is completely unacceptable to confiscate hard drives without customer knowledge. MC cannot be trusted and such business malpractice should be punished by taking business elsewhere. I warn anyone entrusting MC to work on your system to be forewarned that MC is a scam.
