10% off not applied to 7800x3d bundle in-store.
I purchased a 7800x3d bundle along with some other items at the Sharonville location on 5/10/24. I noticed while in-store that I was only receiving 5% off, so I asked to speak to somebody who could do an adjustment to the advertised 10% off.
The manager on duty told me that he could not adjust the price in-store but that he would forward the information to Wells Fargo and the extra 5% would show up on my statement. However, my statement posted and the price is the same. 5% off instead of 10% off.
How do I go about getting the additional 5% credited to my account?
