Hello, I need assistance in making a PC
So, my budget is pretty low at 680 but I may be able to go higher if necessary
What I would like to run is Minecraft with shaders and mods and also other games like call of duty.
I would enjoy the help for its my first-time building Pc.

That range will be quite tough to build for gaming. Might want to look at a pre-built deal like this that is just a little higher than your current budget for the best performance for the price:
