depends on what store you are getting it from, some stores run promos for the insider card and just promos on desktops and laptops.

it’s hard to say when a pc will or won’t be on sale. Sometimes it feels kind of random. I’d recommend setting a bookmark for the product page on your browser and just checking every day to see if the price changes
