I'm a bit unsure if the AIO is overkill. I've been deciding between this GPU and the 4060 and 4070 Super but, the 4070 Super is more expensive than those other choices. The CPU only has 8 cores though, I haven't researched much but the way games are changing would I need to get more cores? One last thing is I know the 4060 only has 8GB of VRAM and AMD has more on many of their cards. Are DLSS and Raytracing as good as they brought out to be or is it worth it to get the 12GB for the 7600xt
CPU - AMD - Ryzen 7 7800X3D

I also have 32 GB RAM and 2 SSDS.

The AIO could be considered overkill but the biggest snag I'm seeing is that the case you've selected only fits the 360 rad in the front which involves you removing the fans. I would suggest using the linked case because you can fit the AIO at the top without issues.
