I made my list public. I have an oculus quest 2 and would preferably use meta air link but if the parts would have to be better to use that a chord would work. I looked at your list and it looks great and like it better than my original one. The only question I have about it is the video card. Meta says the minimum requirement is an RTX 20 series or later does the Sparkle - Intel Arc A770 Titan Overclocked Triple Fan 16GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card fit those requirements.

@tmd1092 The connection doesn't really matter, yes the cable will be more stable for gaming and you'll not have to worry about battery life but you're going to be tethered to the pc. For the GPU the A770 might not work with VR since Intel hasn't announced support but you can easily switch it for a 3060 like with this new link. It does cost more but it's still within your budget.

@Zuua Thanks for the help I just have two more questions. First is this a good wifi connector AX210NGW DTK WiFi Card WiFi 6E Supports 6GHz, 2230, 2x2 AX+BT 5.3+Tri-Band, includes RF Cable (11 inch), 5dBi High Gain Antennas and Low-Profile Brackets. Second the case you provided in the list is sold out everywhere, but I really like the aesthetic. Do you know any alternatives with similar aesthetics around the same price.

@tmd1092 if you want to add a Wi-Fi card you can but if the board doesn't support M.2 Wi-Fi then using something like https://www.microcenter.com/product/666924/asus-pce-axe5400-wifi6-6e-pci-e-adapter would be best since it plugs into one of the PCiE slots. Also the Z790 on the list I put together has Wi-Fi onboard already.
