Need some help with receiving receipt for past Microcenter order
Posting on this forum because I am unsure where to receive support for my problem. Ordered a Ryzen 7 5800x3D in 2022 that is undergoing some problems. Need a PDF invoice that can be sent to AMD support so I can receive assistance. However, I cannot get the email receipt to show up in my inbox, even after changing my email address. I saw some users back in 2021 had a similar problem and an admin reached out, hoping for a solution on this message board. Thanks in advance. :)
