AMD 7950X with MSI x670 Pro DRAM issues on reboots

I built my PC a while ago, and for the last few months, I've been facing an issue where my PC won't boot whenever I restart it and gets stuck with the DRAM light on. I've tried different RAM slots and using just one stick, but the same issue persists. I even updated the BIOS, but the issue remains. I have to force shutdown and turn on my PC whenever it gets stuck with the DRAM light on. Everything else works fine; there are no problems during shutdowns or normal operations. It's just the restarts or reboots from the BIOS that are causing this issue. I've read some forums where people with similar issues say that the memory controller on the CPU could be the problem, while others say it's the motherboard. I'm looking for any advice regarding this. Thank you
