Powerspec G478 rebooting randomly.
I have a recently purchased(May 2024) Powerspec G478 on a UPS(APC Back UPS Pro BN1500) That is rebooting randomly with the following error in my event viewer"
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
There are no events on the UPS. Is there something else I can do to troubleshoot this or a bios upgrade or should I take the PowerSpec back to microcenter?

1500VA should be sufficient. I'd test without he UPS in the loop. If you prefer to bring it in, we'll certainly diagnose it in store.

I always recommend taking back to Micro Center and taking it to our knowledge bar. Since you have at least a 1 year warranty on it, you can utilize that and have them check what is going on with the computer.
