Would it be possible for you guys to swap an Aurora R11 case into a Phanteks XT Pro case? Cost?
The R11 is modified a bit, I took out the two fans that came with it and added three Noctua fans.

i'm not 100% sure on this, but typically alienware prebuilts use custom proprietary motherboards that don't usually work/fit into standard pc cases. if you were willing to buy a standard (asus, msi, gigabyte, asrock) motherboard, they'd probably be able to use everything else in a new case - with a possible exception being power supply, as those are sometimes proprietary and not standardized too. if you're on a z490 chipset (intel 10th & 11th gen cpus) that could also be a problem unless you could find one used on ebay or your local online marketplaces. typically not worth the expense & hassle for most people, but that's something you'd have to decide for yourself, of course.
