Why is PLA+ no longer available online?

Hi all, I want to reorder more Inland PLA+ online and was disappointed to see it's no longer shippable. Why did Microcenter do this and do you plan to sell it online again anytime soon? Nearest Microcenter to me is a 4 hour round trip. I prefer Inland filament and would like to continue to use it if possible. Hoping for a positive answer. Thanks, Russ

When will this promotion be over and the Inland pla be available again for shipping? I was told over the phone that it would be available a month ago.. I don't feel comfortable handing over my credit card information over the phone to an overseas call center.

I ended up buying some through Amazon.  It was a couple of bucks more and on cardboard spools.  Hopefully I can order direct next time.  Thanks.

This has unfortunately caused me to have to look elsewhere for filament brands other than Inland since it is marked up in price on other sites like Amazon.. Hopefully they fix this issue soon.

We do not have an exact date available at this time for when the promotion will end I do apologize. Our call center is U.S. based in Columbus, OH, however.

How old are microcenter's systems that you can't have a promotion and still sell online? A little annoying, at least put a timeframe on them so we know when we can order again. Might have to go somewhere else if this keeps up.

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous.. Whoever decided it was a good idea to run the promotion this way should probably be spoken to about it.. I can only imagine that this has caused them to loose business during this time. Also, how can you not know when one of your promotions ends? It's just listed as indefinite?

When I called the call center definitely picked up outside of the country. The first time it was U.S. based and the second time was in India.

Unfortunately at this point I just went outside of Microcenter to order since they still have not fixed this and I can't wait any longer… I may not return as I can actually get better prices on filament that is just as well, if not better, rated. This is just such a stupid decision by the marketing team for them.. No one from their team answering these forums seems to be interested in actually taking care of the customers who were loyal to them in the past and trying to fix the issue.
