hello i wanted to find something that had some good performance and allow me to play at high setting . im big on gta v role playing, dota 2 , cyberpunk 2077 , upcoming black myth wukong, star wars outlaws, and witcher 3 , red dead redemption 2, forza, starfield , fortnite , spiderman miles 2

i want to hopefully be at under $1700 dollars

specs i would like to hopefully be able to be future upgrade friendly rtx 4070 super or better intel 14th , 32gb ram , ssd

I would skip on the 14th Gen and save some money. The processor is not going to be the bottle neck - even with 12th Gen. If you want the 4070 TI Super and the price around $1700, this should do it for you at $1749 (wait for a tax-free back to school weekend to keep it to that price):
