Refund for 14900k platform

Hi all,

I would like to refund my 14900k's z790 gaming wifi 2 platform.

The 14900k has been proven to be a defective product and I would like to refund my 14900k and it's z790 platform along with the associated qualified ram.

I am going to be getting the more stable amd cpu platform as i need my workstation stable as I use it to generate income.

How do i start the refund process?
