Bluetooth Issues With Powerspec G518

I just picked this up today and am about to pack it back up and return it…

The WiFi and the Bluetooth seem to disconnect randomly and the machine just freezes since my mouse and keyboard are all Bluetooth.

I saw another post where someone was talking about connecting an antenna.

I was wondering what I am supposed to do with this cable that was in the box, that says USB on one end of it, is that what it is?

Bluetooth is built into the board. You do need the external antennas (Included) otherwise you're going to have serious connectivity issues. The cable in the picture is for the AMD Wraith Cooler. It's an optional cable for more control with the AMD Wraith Prism RGB software. On this model we connect it with an RGB cable and it's controlled by the board. The cable is not necessary.

Thanks, I have screwed the two provided antennas onto the card, let’s see if we get better results today while I am working. 

Also is there any way to control the RGB on the fans? I bought this Open Box so there was nothing in the box explaining anything about the computer.
