what is the correct thickness thermal pad for an HP 15 dc-1054nr laptop

I have to replace the thermal pads on my HP 15 dc-1054nr laptop and cannot find any help online, any assistance would be great as far as the GPU and CPU I will use the paste but the heat sink I still need to replace. thanks JIM
