Is the networking/file share possible?

I want to network with another computer to share a file on Windows 11 via the same internet connection. But my question is, if you have two routers between them would it still be possible? And is it still considered the same internet connection

You're likely to have issues, there are ways to work around it, but lets look at your network topology. Please explain the layout. You have two routers behind a WAN? Daisy chained?

@PowerSpec_MikeW Here is the layout of my current network topology. I am trying to get Computer A to connect to Computer B which is a CNC machine.

So I assume the second router is the modem, it's a gateway. It's a weird setup. A couple of ideas depending on what the second router supports. However, it'd be a lot simpler to just flip the router and switch, then turn the router into an AP. It doesn't need to route, the Gateway can handle that. If NAT is on, Computer B is double NAT which can cause a lot of issues.

    1. Disable NAT on second router and create a static route between the two.
    2. VPN.

@PowerSpec_MikeW The second router is just to provide Wifi for a break room. Since this Wifi router was closest to providing an ethernet connection to Computer B, we plugged it into it. I have looked into it and those options on this spectrum-provided router do not have those options. There is the option to do a port assignment would that help?

What kind of router is it? Just set the router up as an AP and you won't have any issues. It can be behind the switch, that shouldn't cause any issues.
